We are a beautiful, friendly and welcoming yoga and fitness studio offering classes in TWO locations! (Dover, DE and Smyrna, DE)

Core Love Yoga and Fitness is the only Aerial Yoga, Aerial Silk, Pole Fitness, Trampoline Fitness and Bungee Fitness studio in all of Kent County!
We make fitness fun, offering beginner through advanced classes in Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Silk, Bungee Fitness, Barre Fitness and Pole Fitness. We also specialize in Heated Yoga (Yin- 85-90 degrees), Flobody, Pilates and Zumba!
We offer Yoga in the forms of Restorative, Yin, Gentle Flow, Hatha, Vinyasa, Power and Buti. Modifications can be made in all of our classes making them suitable for everyone!
Visit our lovely space, take some classes and join our family! If you are a minor, we allow ages 14+ in our classes with a guardian. We welcome ages 18+ in our pole fitness classes.
