Not only does adding lemon help add a natural flavor to your water, but it also has so many incredible benefits! I love the sharp taste of lemon in my water to wake me up and get me moving for the day. You can drink it cold or hot. Drinking it hot in the morning is a great alternative in place of coffee. A few reasons why you should drink lemon water is that it's a great way to get a good portion of your daily Vitamin C. This will help with improving your skin. It also flushes all of the toxins out from your body!
