Schedule

In addition to our Aerial Silk and Pole Fitness series, Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Bungee Fitness, Zumba, Pilates, Trampoline Fitness, Flobody and Barre Fitness are all waiting for you here at Core Love Yoga and Fitness! Please download our app In the App Store or Google Play for up to the minute info, class times and appointment/event booking.  You'll notice a D and S by the class names. D stands for our Dover location as S stands for our Smyrna location.

Pre-registration is REQUIRED. All classes are 50 minutes long. We reserve the right to cancel if there are no bookings for a class 2 hours prior to the class start time. If you do not plan to take class and do not cancel 2 hours prior to the start time of a class it is considered a "no show" and a $5 no show fee will be assessed. Walk ins will not be permitted to enter full classes.  Doors may be locked after classes start and entry may not be permitted. 

Excessive no-shows will have membership terminated. Please do not bring cell phones into classes. T-shirts and barre socks are required for all aerial classes. Barre socks are required for barre and bungee fitness. Must be 14 years old or older to enter our regular yoga, aerial yoga bungee fitness, flobody and barre fitness classes.

If no one is booked 2 hours prior to our class start time, it will be cancelled and removed from our schedule.

If you pre-register and decide not to attend please cancel your reservation 2 hours prior to the class start time. (A $5 fee will be charged for "no show".) 

*We do not always have front desk coverage and we understand there are times where clients may be running late. Our staff can hold a class 5 minutes past its start time if there is a client booked that has not yet arrived to let you in. Doors will be locked for the duration of classes.

 

We have added Zumba and Flobody back in our Smyrna location. (Hot Yoga will not resume yet) Pole Fitness, Aerial Silk and Bungee Fitness have resumed along with the addition of Pilates, Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Buti Yoga and Free to be- Flow & Music to our Dover location. (All classes are 50 minutes long.)
