Zumba & Pilates
You'll notice when booking your class there will be a D or an S by the class name. D stands for our Dover location as S stands for our Smyrna location.
Zumba- is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Please make sure to bring your sneakers! (This is offered at our Smyrna location)
Pilates- Pilates can help reduce fatigue and stress as well as build stamina, increase flexibility and balance, and improve posture. These exercises isolate muscle groups to help you tone your core, arms, chest, shoulders, gluteus, hips, and legs! The benefits are endless! Pilates and floor bar exercises can be executed using a different approach in order to make it more comfortable for beginners, or more challenging for those with a higher fitness level. It’s perfect for those with recovering injuries and those who need an effective no impact work out! Please bring a yoga mat. (This is offered at our Smyrna location)
